This is gonna be my first post on food. I have always loved cooking and wanted to have a blog of my recipes. I am glad its finally happening.
If you have a banana tree in your garden, nothing goes to waste once the tree bears fruit.
Banana stems can be used to make sambhar and palya.
Out of banana blossoms, palya or chutney can be prepared.
Today, I'll share the recipe to make chuntey from banana flowers/blossoms.
